This is the ultimate critter for performance in better-average to great waves. The fullers outline in the nose adds to paddle power, lending to the ability to lean more on your front foot without sinking the nose. The tail is defined by slightly more width than a standard performance shortboard, adding just a tad more speed. With the rocker built around speed in the front, a low-to-mid flip in the nose, a staged flatter section under front foot transitions into a more continuous medium rocker in the tail for smooth turns and only dream worthy drive. The rails are “medium forgiving” to avoid that pesky rail catch while the concaves are a reliable single to double-within-single through the fins and a “V” off of the tail. This provides stability and lift under front foot which combined with the flat rocker and extra width (up front and back) will add a touch of looseness for quick response. The Wild Stallion comes blessed with 4 different tail options, depending on the tail shape you prefer.
1.Squash: Healthy mix of speed, looseness and drive
2.Round pin: Extra hold and drive
3.Strait swallow: Extra speed with good hold and looseness
4.Square: Lots of extra speed and the loosest option
Rocker: Low staged front and middle with medium continuous tail
Level: Intermediate to Pro
Fins: Thruster, Quad, 5 fin
